Warranty Return Policy
Products to be returned must be within the applicable warranty period. AMI's obligation to repair or replace goods shall be in effect for a period of one (1) year from initial operation of the product, but not more than eighteen (18) months from AMI's shipment of the product. AMI shall correct any failure to conform to any of the applicable foregoing warranties of which it is notified in writing within that period of time specified. Repaired and replacement parts shall be warranted for the remainder of the original period of notification set forth above, but in no event less than 3 months from repair or replacement.
All product returns to AMI must be accompanied by a Returned Material Authorization Number.
Products shipped to AMI without a valid RMA Number will not be accepted for return.
To obtain an RMA number please contact your nearest Authorized Service Center.
After you submit your request, AMI will review your request and if approved, contact you with your valid RMA Number and a ship-to address to return the product.
Please package materials carefully to ensure the safe return of the product. Clearly mark your valid RMA Number and your AMI Sales Representative's or Customer Service Representative's name on the package.
