The Model 9-250 is a precision, orbital GTAW (TIG) welding head designed for fusion butt welding of tubes, mini-fittings and valve bodies as well as other welds with extreme clearance limitations. Semiconductor gas cabinets, aerospace engines and instrumentation are just a few of their special applications. The Model 9-250 will weld up to 1/4” (6,35mm) tubing and fittings with extremely tight radial clearance limitations.
- Extremely narrow head, 0.480” (12,2mm). Allows welding of mini-fitting to fitting or fitting to valve body
- Model 9-250 is ideal for fitting or component clusters such as a mini-tee to a short gland with female nut
